باستخدامك لموقع summaryegy.com (“الموقع”) فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية. إذا لم توافق عليها، يرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.
1. طبيعة المحتوى
الموقع منصة إعلامية تقدّم حلقات فيديو، وتحليلات، وملخصات إخبارية. المحتوى مُقدَّم لأغراض إعلامية وتثقيفية عامة، ولا يُعد نصيحة قانونية أو مالية أو استثمارية.
2. الملكية الفكرية
- اسم Summary وشعاره وتصميم الموقع والحلقات الأصلية ملك لقناة Summary، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة نشرها تجاريًا دون إذن كتابي.
- الملخصات الإخبارية المنشورة في قسم “الأخبار” مأخوذة من مصادر خارجية مع الإشارة الصريحة للمصدر ورابط الخبر الأصلي، وحقوقها محفوظة لأصحابها. إذا كنت صاحب حق وترغب في تعديل أو إزالة محتوى، راسلنا على info@summaryegy.com.
- يُسمح بمشاركة روابط الموقع ومقتطفات قصيرة مع الإشارة للمصدر.
3. الاستخدام المقبول
يُحظر: محاولة اختراق الموقع أو تعطيله، أو استخدام برامج آلية لنسخ المحتوى، أو إرسال رسائل مسيئة أو غير قانونية عبر نموذج التواصل، أو انتحال صفة القناة أو مقدّمها.
4. الإعلانات والروابط الخارجية
يعرض الموقع إعلانات عبر Google AdSense وروابط لمواقع خارجية. لا نتحمل مسؤولية محتوى تلك المواقع أو المنتجات المعلن عنها.
5. إخلاء المسؤولية
نبذل جهدًا لضمان دقة المحتوى، لكن الموقع يُقدَّم “كما هو” دون ضمانات. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة ناتجة عن الاعتماد على المحتوى أو عن انقطاع الخدمة.
6. التعديلات
يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام الموقع قبولًا بالتعديلات.
7. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

1. Nature of content
The Site is a media platform offering video episodes, analysis and news summaries for general informational purposes. Nothing on it constitutes legal, financial or investment advice.
2. Intellectual property
- The Summary name, logo, site design and original episodes belong to the Summary channel and may not be copied or republished commercially without written permission.
- News summaries in the News section are drawn from third-party sources, clearly attributed with a link to the original article; rights remain with their owners. Rights holders who wish content amended or removed may contact info@summaryegy.com.
- Sharing links and short excerpts with attribution is permitted.
3. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to hack or disrupt the Site, scrape content with automated tools, send abusive or unlawful messages via the contact form, or impersonate the channel or its presenter.
4. Advertising and external links
The Site displays ads via Google AdSense and links to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or advertised products.
5. Disclaimer
We strive for accuracy, but the Site is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the content or from service interruption.
6. Changes
We may change these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
