سياسة الخصوصية

تحترم منصة Summary (سمراي) خصوصية زوارها. توضح هذه السياسة أنواع البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك لموقع summaryegy.com، وكيفية استخدامها، والخيارات المتاحة لك.
1. من نحن
الموقع مملوك ومُدار من قِبل فريق قناة Summary، ومقدّمها الإعلامي محمد ممدوح. للتواصل بشأن الخصوصية: info@summaryegy.com.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات ترسلها طوعًا: عند استخدام نموذج “تواصل معنا” نجمع اسمك، ورقم هاتفك، وبريدك الإلكتروني، ونص رسالتك.
- بيانات تقنية تلقائية: عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح والجهاز، الصفحات التي زرتها، مدة الزيارة، ومصدر الإحالة، عبر ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) وأدوات القياس.
3. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والخدمات الخارجية
- Google Analytics: لقياس حركة الزيارات وتحسين المحتوى. يمكنك إيقاف التتبع عبر إضافة Google Analytics Opt-out.
- Google AdSense: تعرض Google وشركاؤها إعلانات بناءً على زياراتك السابقة لهذا الموقع ومواقع أخرى باستخدام ملفات تعريف الارتباط الإعلانية. يمكنك إدارة الإعلانات المخصصة من إعدادات إعلانات Google، أو عبر aboutads.info.
- YouTube وشبكات التواصل: قد تحتوي صفحاتنا على مقاطع فيديو مضمّنة أو أزرار مشاركة، وتخضع لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك المنصات.
- أسعار الصرف: يُعرض شريط العملات عبر ExchangeRate-API، ولا يتم تمرير أي بيانات شخصية إليه.
يمكنك حذف ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو منعها من إعدادات المتصفح، مع العلم أن بعض ميزات الموقع قد لا تعمل بشكل كامل.
4. كيف نستخدم البيانات
- الرد على رسائلك واستفساراتك.
- تحليل الأداء وتحسين تجربة التصفح.
- عرض الإعلانات وقياس فاعليتها.
- حماية الموقع من الاستخدام المسيء والهجمات.
5. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. قد نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمات (الاستضافة، التحليلات، الإعلانات) للأغراض المذكورة أعلاه، أو عند طلب قانوني من جهة مختصة.
6. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ برسائل التواصل لمدة لا تتجاوز 12 شهرًا ما لم يتطلب الرد عليها فترة أطول. بيانات التحليلات تُحفظ وفق الإعدادات الافتراضية لـ Google Analytics (26 شهرًا).
7. حقوقك
يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، والاعتراض على معالجتها. أرسل طلبك إلى info@summaryegy.com وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا.
8. الأطفال
لا يستهدف الموقع من هم دون 16 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
9. الروابط الخارجية
تحتوي صفحات الأخبار على روابط لمصادر خارجية (مثل سكاي نيوز عربية والجزيرة). لسنا مسؤولين عن ممارسات الخصوصية لتلك المواقع.
10. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، ويُنشر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

Summary respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use summaryegy.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
This site is owned and operated by the Summary channel team, presented by Mohamed Mamdouh. Privacy contact: info@summaryegy.com.
2. Data we collect
- Data you provide: name, phone number, email address and message text when you use the Contact form.
- Automatically collected data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, visit duration and referrer, via cookies and analytics tools.
3. Cookies and third-party services
- Google Analytics — traffic measurement. Opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.
- Google AdSense — Google and its partners use advertising cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Manage personalised ads at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.
- YouTube and social networks — embedded videos and share buttons are governed by those platforms’ privacy policies.
- Exchange rates — the currency ticker uses ExchangeRate-API; no personal data is sent to it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work fully.
4. How we use data
- Responding to your messages.
- Analysing performance and improving the site.
- Serving and measuring advertising.
- Protecting the site from abuse.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (hosting, analytics, advertising) for the purposes above, or when legally required.
6. Retention
Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months. Analytics data follows Google Analytics’ default retention (26 months).
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing info@summaryegy.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Children
The site is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. External links
News pages link to third-party sources (e.g. Sky News Arabia, Al Jazeera). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top reflects the latest version.
